Whether you are newly postpartum or 20+ years postpartum. This class is for you! Prenatal mamas are always welcome as well!
Each class offers a combination of exercise / mobility / yoga. A balanced practice designed specifically for your postnatal body; if you have a diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction or pelvic organ prolapse. We will rebuild strength in your core, learn how to connect to your pelvic floor in movement; when to strengthen and when to lengthen. Mobilize our spine and hips. and much more.
